Who Are We?
Who Are We?
We work at the intersection of disability inclusion, workforce systems, storytelling, and learning design. Our work is shaped by over a decade of experience across research, policy development, training, and community-based programs in Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We have worked with governments, nonprofits, and global partners to improve how people access employment, understand systems, and build meaningful careers.
Our approach grew from real work in the field. We have designed and led training programs for individuals with disabilities, supported employers to build inclusive workplaces, and developed tools that translate complex policy into clear, usable guidance. We have also used storytelling, through short films, radio, and community engagement, to shift how people think about disability, work, and opportunity. These experiences showed us that information alone is not enough. People need learning that is clear, practical, and grounded in real life.
Today, we focus on designing learning experiences and tools that help people move from confusion to action. This includes instructional design, accessible training materials, grant writing and grant workshops, and research-informed resources that support better decision-making. Our work often supports vocational rehabilitation systems, workforce programs, and organizations working to improve inclusion and employment outcomes.
Our design values are simple and consistent. We prioritize clarity so people can understand what they need to do. We design for accessibility from the beginning, not as an afterthought. We focus on usefulness, so what we create can be applied in real situations. And we respect lived experience, because the people closest to the system often understand it best.
At the center of our work is a clear belief: systems should be easier to understand and easier to use. Everything we build works toward that goal.
